Was a great weekend, our little halibut derby, 66 lb hali won, hope we can get more out next year. Fishing salmon is a little slow right now but lots of halibut being caught, a few ling cod and rock fish are coming in. The cabins are getting all booked so if you think you want to come out hurry and give us a shout.The weather has been great, a little rain on the derby but other wise it was nice. will try to keep the updates coming in every week.

Well another season of fun filled fishing and laughs coming again. With a year behind us, we are looking forward to this one. The cabins and charters are filling up fast.Everyone is getting excited. Everyone at Mills Landing including Jeff are gearing up for a fantastic year. Loggers derby is coming up to open the season, so if your looking for a cabin we will be open. Camp fires on the lawn with all your fishing stories of the day, ( and a cocktail or two ) will happen. I know we are looking forward to the derby. The fishing has been slow but it will pick up.The prawning and crabbing has been great. Good luck to all and hope to see lots of you people out here.
