The fishing inshore is great right now, there have been lots of springs in Barkley Sound this week, so many that you don't even need to go offshore right now. Hotspots have been Kirby, Whittlestone and Swale, most have been on anchovies, needlefish hoochies and 6 inch Tomics, 602 mostly, 70-90 feet has been working best, although today the fish were up high 20-30 feet. The springs have been mostly between 12-20 lbs, and limits have been normal.
